Olde World Renaissance Festival

Just got back from the Olde World Renaissance Festival held in Twig, MN. This is a little weekend show but the promoters do it up right! The show is in a little meadow surrounded by trees and out in the country. Very lovely with dragonflies flitting around magically. The food is really great…much better than the larger shows! Nice vendors. It is a great show for children because of all the fun and creative children’s activities.
Each year the show show grows a bit and this year was no exception. I was face painting and selling my Oddest Goddesses.
And I was surprised on Sunday with a procession coming to my booth and presenting me with Sunday’s People’s Choice award for Best Booth. I even did a little happy dance *grin*!
